Will and Grace Pack

Ok I need help sharing and posting. As most of you know the journey to save these guys was long, scary and so worth it! They are ready to find Foster / foster to adopt / adopt! These 4 need a home together!!

The Will & Grace Pack have known love but had a hard couple of years. Now, in our care, they have been to the vet and are HEALTHY AND HAPPY! They are ready for a family! I know it’s a little different to see 4 dogs, but they are bonded – and I know it would be easier to find a home for 2 and 2 but here at Puplandia we don’t do what is the easiest we do what is best for the dogs. And in this case all of them staying together truly is the best for them. Karen I think is the mom dog and Jack, Grace and Will are litter mates. Jack and Will sometimes argue (brothers) but most of the time are sweet. Grace gets along with everyone, all the time. Jack has epilepsy but its controlled by his medication (meds 2x a day.) They all eat dry food, we had to pull all their teeth but they eat like champs! They have lumps and bumps but all cancer free. These 4 are such loves, they love to cuddle, they love to be with you, they are kennel trained but really want to snuggle you all night. They are working on potty training (They came to us not potty trained at all, now both boys wear belly bands and everyone is 80% potty trained. They want to learn and are so smart. The best home for these 4 would … love to snuggle, have hard wood floors for the accidents, back yard is a must – they love to be outside, they are good with other dogs and cats but don’t require them.

If the Will and Grace pack sounds like a perfect match please email us at puplandiadogrescue@gmail.com with "Will and Grace" as the subject line for an application - or use the button below to fill out our contact form.

Maggie

Maggie thrives with structure.  She has food aggression (only with dogs) Medical: Food restrictions, up to date on vaccines, spayed, recovered TPLO.  Maggie's FAQ:

  -She loves to cuddle

  -Goes to Sit Means Sit.

-Loves being wrapped in a blanket

  -Thrives with structure and training.

  -Does the Dane lean

Maggie is currently at Sit Means Sit at a board and train until we can find her a foster/adopter (Puplandia is paid for the training and it will stay with Maggie for life) Maggie needs an owner that understands Danes, and will be a constant Alpha to keep showing her how to be a dog She wants to be someones best friend, and be a wonderful pup but needs someone to show her the way! Maggie has lived with other dogs, She's a picky eater and guards her food but with the training and consistency this will change. She is kennel and potty trained. Maggie is learning sit, stay, place, heal, come, and she needs an adopter who will be excited to see what more she can learn. BEFORE YOU APPLY! Make sure your landlord/home owners insurance allows this breed and size. Research Sit Means Sit (Maggie comes with a life time training package and her adopters must use it) She can't be left home alone more the 6 hours a day.

If Maggie sounds like a perfect match please email us at puplandiadogrescue@gmail.com with "Maggie" as the subject line for an application - or use the button below to fill out our contact form. Please ask questions, we almost never allow for Foster To Fail adoptions but for Maggie we think its a really good idea to get her in her forever home so the training from Sit Means Sit can be put to use right away.

Claire - ADOPTED!

Claire is a fun, happy, sweet, energetic pup with lots of love to give. She loves long walks but will need someone to continue her training – she does great in her kennel and is potty trained but needs to be better on the leash ( keep in mind she is only 6 months, shes a big puppy). She would enjoy another happy playful dog companion but can be fine as the only one with a plan to keep socializing. ( Her siblings would love to do playdates)
Claire is cat and big dog friendly ( we are told she is nervous around small dogs), she's great with kids and all people! She knows sit, down, and in (for going in the kennel at night and when her foster family is out of the home). She is working on stay and shake. She’s amazing at cuddling. Claire is not a firs time dog owner dog, she has some strong breeds and needs a family that is physically active and wanting to train.

Breed : 20.3% German Shepherd, 16.1% Pit , 12.2% Australian Cattle dog, 12.2% Greatt Pyrenees, 9.4% Labrador, 8.5% Old English Sheepdog, 21.3% SUPERMUTT ( A wisdom panel was done by her litter mates The Breakfast Club Litter)

If Claire sounds like a perfect match please email us at puplandiadogrescue@gmail.com with "Claire" as the subject line for an application - or use the button below to fill out our contact form.

Liam

*Breed Experience Required *Alpha owner required

Liam has been zooming and twirling in anticipation of finding his forever family. Liam was adopted for 3 months and came back to us because his training needs were not being met. He’s been doing amazing with his foster home and is now ready to learn, listen and cuddle with a forever family. Liam was rehomed – moved – bounced around several times before coming to Puplandia so structure and guidance was never part of his life because of this we are requiring breed experience, we are also require someone who is dog savvy and knows how to be alpha. Liam is a BUG!!! This little guy is a bundle of enthusiasm. He loves to play with toys, people and other dogs (even if they aren’t to keen on the idea) He is curious about everything and is intelligent as well as a motivated learner (Here it is again … you must want to teach him) Liam tends to think he is the center the world revolves around, so he will need an owner who will clearly set boundaries and teach him appropriate ways to earn attention. He is eager to bond with his people and is less fond of time alone. He is a big fan of car rides and would love to join you on daily adventures followed by snuggle time on the couch. Liam knows sit, is kennel and potty trained, he needs work on front door reactiveness. He is also working on "off" because he jumps up in excitement. A training class is a must.

If Liam sounds like a perfect match please email us at puplandiadogrescue@gmail.com with "Liam" as the subject line for an application - or use the button below to fill out our contact form.

Kingston

Kingston comes with a life time training package at Sit Means Sit – the first step to adoption for this pup is to make sure your willing to continue his training. Puplandia has paid for this life time training package. King is a parvo survivor and was in quarantine for 6 weeks so he has some fears of new things, with Sit Means Sit training King will keep being successful!
Kingston is amazing with kids, has lived with dogs and cats, he gets worried around bigger dominate dogs and would thrive in a home as the only dog or with a mellow, happy go lucky NON ALPHA or an already SMS alum pup. Kings is potty trained, kennel trained and is learning so much from SMS – heal, come, sit, down, place and so much more. King loves to play fetch with a rope and is learning to leave it at your feet. He enjoys walks to the park and being with his humans. King thrives with lots of human contact and strives to please everyone he meets. He is an excellent listener and is eager to learn new things. Kingston enjoys a nice warm bath, a long nap and snuggle time his favorite humans. He has the cutest pouty lip that will make your heart melt every time he gives you those beautiful King eyes. King is a very active boy that loves to play, run, fetch, tug and learn new commands. When he has had his fill of play, training and exercise he will cuddle next to you, fall asleep and then he starts snoring (his snoring is also adorable).

If Kingston sounds like a perfect match please email us at puplandiadogrescue@gmail.com with "Kingston" as the subject line for an application - or use the button below to fill out our contact form.

Adoption Info

  • Puplandia only adopts within the Portland metro area (within 1 hour of Beaverton, OR).

  • The first thing you will want to do is check out our pups that are ready for adoption.  Once you come across a fur baby that looks like it might be a good fit, please fill out an application and send it to PuplandiaDogRescue@gmail.com with the name of the pup in the subject line.

  • Please know that applications are reviewed with a best fit mentality and are not first come first serve.

  • As we are completely foster based, meet and greets are done by appointment only on approved applications.  We do not have a facility that you can go to and meet all available dogs, but we do have monthly adoption events that we promote on our Facebook page and Instagram.

  • We require all of our dogs to be spayed/neutered prior to adoption or in a specific time frame for puppies.  We do not allow ear cropping or tail docking and a home visit is required before any adoption can take place.

  • The cost to adopt a dog is as follows:

-Puppy (Under 1 year old) $350 Fee (Plus a $200 Spay/Neuter Deposit for puppies under 4 months of age.

-Adult dogs  (1 + Years old) $250 Fee

  • The adoption fee ensures that the dog is up to date on shots, microchipped and spayed/neutered at the time of adoption. In many cases, the adoption fees do not cover all the costs Puplandia has incurred to get the dog healthy and ready for adoption.  All additional medical costs to ensure a healthy pup are covered entirely through donations.
